CERAMIC Vs STAINLESS STEEL | BLIND DEGUSTATION TEST

In this video, I will prepare exactly the same dish in pure ceramic and stainless steel cookware and ask several people to degust it without knowing which one is which. Furthermore, I always have a feeling that food prepared in pure ceramics has a beter taste and aroma compared to food prepared in other tupes of utensils utensils. However, I have never known is a it placebo effect or it is really like this. I was curious, so I decided to perform a degustation experiment and to see what are the real results. I prepared the cooked beans from exactly the same ingredients mix in a ceramic pot and stainless steel utensil, and I called several of my friends to perform blind degustation test with them.
